Review: Brilliant product. I was worried by reviews that said it collapsed, so I bought the oval which looked more stable. I can't speak for the square one, but the oval is perfect and shows no signs of collapse. I can't help wondering if the collapsed ones have taken a bashing without the reviewer knowing about it? I can imagine a small child or even a pet trying to climb on it could cause some damage. It's also very easy to carry, so I don't know what the people who can't carry it are doing! June 2018 UPDATE: I now have three of these, and none of them have collapsed. I think it's down to how you use them. If you chuck something like a towel or bedding on top, instead of putting it inside, then they will suffer. And for that kind of big item it's better to open the top to put them in, rather than try to squish stuff through the hole. I also imagine that if you carry them on your shoulder with big heavy load inside then that might bend the handles.

Review: Excellent. It looks good it’s easy to carry even when it’s full and it’s a great design. Nice colour goes with the bathroom tiles. It is more or less ready to use when it arrives and it holds a fair bit of washing. It’s the larger of the two sizes. Don’t know how durable it will be yet but it’s pretty robust and holds its shape well. It’s a convenient way of moving dirty washing to the washing machine
