Review: I'd like to first open this by saying that I'm by no means an audiophile, or particularly proficient in audio related stuff. That said, my girlfriend has been doing music technology and audio technologies for the best part of a decade, so with that in mind, and both our opinions considered, I'll proceed; First off, these things sound very good, and relatively balanced. The highs are arguably the least legible, but some very light EQing can remedy this. For headphones that are usually sub-£100, these are incredibly good. Comparing them to equally priced brands (with the exception of Sennheiser, which has equitable or greater quality, though with a different feature set) typically leaves these ATs the more desirable option. I've used this for listening to music, playing games, and my girlfriend has tried mixing with these, all with success (the latter of which these are not designed for, may I add) For the noise cancelling, I may be a tad biased. I am autistic, and anybody who knows about the subject will know that ANC is an autistic's dream. I commute for about an hour on a typically very busy bus and these do a great job of drowning out what can typically be very loud conversation. All but those sitting right beside you become illegible or outright mute, and repetitive noises below a certain volume may as well not exist. That said- and I suspect this is where most of the negative reviews come- you MUST adjust these so they produce a proper vacuum around your ears. This feels obvious for over-the-ear headphones, but it would seem some people miss this. Failing to do so makes the sound pretty muddy, and lessens the ANC a great deal. Battery, bluetooth and 3.5mm connectivity are all excellent. I haven't measured the latency for the bluetooth as I've only used the bluetooth for listening to music, but the battery life is excellent, I typically only have to charge these once every few days, though your use may vary. A removable 3.5mm jack was a must for me, as I mentioned previously I play games occasionally, and any audio latency is tremendously awful. That said, you can use the 3.5mm port and the ANC at the same time. Gestures are a bit iffy. Pause, play and volume up work 99% of the time, but trying to skip or rewind a track is nearly impossible. That could just be me, but the track skipping has about a 10% success rate in my experience. All in all, very good for anyone not doing any proper professional audio work (read as; your average consumer). Plus the gunmetal grey goes with my PC case, so there's that.

Review: I can't believe how bad these headphones are from such a well known brand! First of all the controls are just rubbish trying to turn the ANC on and off is a pain and once you finally get past this the sound quality is just trash. The only thing that is present is bass. All mids and highs are so muffled/ quiet it sounds like a £20 pair of headphones. My melomania earphones have a thousand times the sound quality of these which should not be the case as we are comparing earphones and headphones which are the same price range. This product is an absolute rip off for the price. I made the mistake of giving the benefit of the doubt in getting these but don't do it just get some sony headphones Instead, even the taotronics ANC headphones for £40 are better than these seriously look elsewhere.
