Review: i upgraded to this from a PG348Q. Really blown away by my new monitor, the colours are so vivid and the image so crisp. still learning how to make use of all the features etc but so far am very happy. its really really huge and quite heavy, so make sure you have the necessary deskspace for it and have room enough to move your mouse / keyboard and sit back so its not too overwhelming up close. Also make sure you got a decent enough GPU to make the most of it too when gaming.

Review: Sadly, this product is still some way from being ready to be sold to the public... despite the huge price. Various firm ware 'upgrades' have been released over the last couple of months but they seem to be going from bad to worse. Their latest release, V33 mildly improves the wake up issue from power saving but now causes the monitor to jump into power saving mode VERY regularly e.g. when panning an image in PSP or rotating a component in Fusion 360 making it completely unusable. What's more, ASUS have pulled all earlier firm ware from their website so I'm very thankful to have kept copies of the earlier versions to allow me to roll back. If I'd been offered this monitor in this state to help test and de-bug before release, it would be understandable but this is totally unacceptable for any product that's being sold to customers. Let alone one if this price category. Quite frankly, it's a complete disgrace for ASUS to be shipping this product as it is. Very sad as the monitor is stunning and if they'd bothered to finish it properly before release, I'm sure they would have a lot of very happy customers and 5 star reviews...
